Malta Retirement ProgramEligibility Criteria

Financial Requirements: Retirees must prove that they have a stable and regular income sufficient to support themselves and their dependents without recourse to the Maltese welfare system. The minimum annual income required is €24,000 for a single applicant and an additional €5,000 for each dependent.
Health Insurance: Applicants must possess comprehensive health insurance coverage, including hospitalization and repatriation.
How to apply?
Application Submission: Prospective retirees need to submit an application to the Malta Residence and Visa Agency (MRVA) or engage the services of a licensed authorized representative.
Documentation: Along with the application form, applicants must provide supporting documents, including a valid passport, evidence of stable income, health insurance coverage, and a police conduct certificate.
